Yeah, I figured this much. I also love the fact that some people think that I am actually capable of doing so. Hell, I am told I can hack into someone's ADSL and use their connection (not counting that I need their password too) to go do bad deeds on some systems.

It is, of course, obvious that speed, or height of fall, is not in itself injurious ... but a high rate of change of velocity, such as occurs after a 10 story fall onto concrete, is another matter.
