Is anybody here familiar with or have experience hosting pod casts?
I'm most interested in the mechanics of how to record a podcast, editing, how to host, etc.
In other words, I have the content covered but no idea how to translate that into an actual podcast.
If anybody has ever done this and knows how to make it happen easily and simply please shoot me a PM.

It is, of course, obvious that speed, or height of fall, is not in itself injurious ... but a high rate of change of velocity, such as occurs after a 10 story fall onto concrete, is another matter.
