    My incubator

My wife is going nuts with this thing.

There are 13 goose eggs, 10 turkey eggs, 8 duck eggs, and 2 austrolorp chicken eggs.

    Very cool stuff.

What is an austrolorp chicken? I've been playing a lot of Borderlands lately and it sounds like one of in-game monsters.
If you think that come SHTF you are gonna jock up in all your kit and be a death-dealing one man army, you're an idiot - izzyscout

LMAO, It is a great dual purpose bird, They are solid black, with a red comb, but in the sun they have a iradescent (spelling)blue color.

I have the egg turner and the fan installed in this one. Had to take the egg turner out because the goose eggs where to big for it.

I think that you left your tea inside.... I thought that Xs and Os are hugs and kisses. How do they know how to do that before they hatch???

I'm not sure if you have ever raised ducks and geese but they can be a lot of fun. The geese that we had would take care of the ducklings when they hatched along with the mama ducks. Whenever a cat or dog came into the yard it was chaos and was subsequently attacked from all sides by both breeds. They are the best warning device that you can get. Our baby ducks thought that we were their mothers and would follow us around like a dog. When we would go out in the garden they came with us. When we would weed they would wait patently for us to pull the weed then they would fight over the hole to see if there were any worms. You'll have a good time, good luck.

Cool thanks. No I have never had geese or ducks. Just chickens and guinea. The main reason I want the geese is for their watch dog abilities. The ducks where just a free thing that we where offered.

No tea, just extra water to keep the humidity high.

You will not regret them. I haven't had guineas but have been thinking about it. Regarding the watch dogs I found that it was the ducks that started acting up first then the geese would join in.

    Just kidding about the tea...
