    Cucumber

    Lemon
    Cilantro
    1 Beet

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until liquid or as thin as possible. pour into cheese cloth if necessary.

    In general, turmeric is considered safe even at higher doses. However, turmeric does have some contraindications.

    It should be used with caution by people with gallstones, stomach ulcers, or bile duct obstruction as turmeric may exacerbate these conditions.

    Turmeric can be a uterine stimulant, so pregnant women should consult with a doctor before taking turmeric during pregnancy.

    Nettle is amazingly rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, especially the critical trace minerals: anti-cancer selenium, immune-enhancing sulphur, memory-enhancing zinc, diabetes-chasing chromium, and bone-building boron. A quart of nettle infusion contains more than 1000 milligrams of calcium, 15000 IU of vitamin A, 760 milligrams of vitamin K, 10% protein, and lavish amounts of most B vitamins. To make a nettle infusion: Measure out one ounce of the dried herb. Boil a quart of water. Put the dried herb into a quart jar and fill to the top with the boiling water. Stir with a wooden spoon and add water until the jar is full to the top. Lid tightly and set aside to brew for at least four hours, or overnight. (S. Weed.)

    Herbs need very little space to grow and they are very easy to take care of, as easy as making coffee. Turn your kitchen window into a herb garden and everytime you fill your coffeepot with water just spritz them with the sprayer on the sink and they are good to go.
