    Pears, Pears, and more Pears.

My pear tree is loaded with little baby fruits. I'm looking for ideas for putting them up. Last year I made pear jelly. I have discovered that I don't eat that much Jelly. How many different way's can you use a pear?

One of my favorite Sweet potato or Yam dishes is with apples added, in place of the apples I bet Pears would be good.

We dehydrate a LOT of pears every year, and then vacuum seal them in pint Ball jars. Great for mid winter candy.

Can you not just can them in a light syrup? Be like Store bought.

Great for flavour in a slow cooker pork roast.
