    Veggie rollups

    We all know fruit rollups, right? While I was dehydrating some of my veggie soup for bullion, I spread it a little thinner than norm on the trays, an I ended up with a really thin sheet of veggies. I'll powderize a bunch for the bullion, but I am going to bag up a couple sheets of this too, and see how it keeps. If I can stop eating it, that is...

    I left it in the dehydrator a little too long, so it is darker than it should be, but awesome nonetheless...
