Put a Ghost Edge and an extended slide release in the G42 and one of the G26's
Tried to rearrange the safe to have more room. No joy.
In a way, I guess that's a good thing.
In other news, Rocco lifted his leg to pee for the first time yesterday.

They say that the cockroaches will be the last creature alive on this earth.
I intend on being the last person alive still stomping cockroaches.
I'm up to about 16lbs of big ole fat blackberries off of just one plant, with probably that much more waiting to ripen. Very impressed with this plant this year.
Common sense is so rare these days, it should be re-classified as a super power.
None of my blackberries survived the winter
Additional research shows they are only recommended to -20F.
Planted a bunch of Goji berries in their stead, although I may try a couple more blackberries and try wrapping them for the winter.
Give a man fire, and he'll be warm for a day!
Light a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life!
Cat's are food... not friends!
If you're going to fight, then fight like you're the third monkey on the ramp into Noah's arc... and brother, it's starting to rain.
run in some aloe?

Well I finally found me a blacksmith forge. Been lookin for at least 2 years. I'll get some pics up and a new thread in the next few days. I also picked up a couple set of tongs for round stock, and maybe some railroad spikes. And a couple of hammers for putting holes in metal (think tomahawks, hammers, axes). Plus a 5' cant hook. Traded a blacksmith hand crank blower and some cash.
I am a happy camper! The guy I got it from is a buy/sell guy, kind of a picker type, older (70) farmer. He has at least 10-12 anvils ranging from 30 up to 200lbs. Some really nice, some in real rough shape. Hammers, a nice swage block, other tongs, and at least 3 post vise. He has the best collection of two man cross cut, and single man rip saws I've ever saw, and all kinds of hand tools. (Eagle 326, he had a bunch of block planes and brace and bit sets to). I will be going back to see him before long.
No offense, love guys who are supposed experts talking trash about different styles that arent their own. Bottom line, he said one thing smart, "so whichever way you are training, is the way you want to train".. uh.. kind of redundant, but ok. Think economy of movement, he even freely admits that the slide release is a 1/4 second faster, and in my experience, in a gunfight, 1/4 second can mean the difference between life and death. But what do I know? Your mileage may vary.
On a different note, corn, maters, beans, are all looking pretty good, mowed the lawn, fed the chickens, checked the batteries on all the backup systems, and added more tuna to the stacks.
Oh yea.. thenew BOB is finally almost done[IMG][/IMG]

RELIGION IS LIKE A PENIS
Its fine to have one,
Its fine to be proud of it,
But please dont whip it out in public and start waving it around,
And PLEASE dont try to force it down my children's throats.
An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life.
A doctor once told me that it takes 3000 repetitive movements to build muscle memory to an action, at that point, everything past that is refinement of that action making it smoother, faster, ect. (Maybe this is why I was such a champ at masturbation when I was younger??) So it really doesnt matter what movement you go with when you are practicing your draw stroke, just that you continually practice the same motion each time to refine it. Hence, as 11B is saying, find a style and stick with it until you master it.

Say... who was it that came up with those nifty "ANT" stickers? Wanting to add another one on the other side, and one on the rear. Anyone able to help me out here?
