So how does the wife feel about you putting a camera in the bedroom? Lol
Bunch of flooding this week. I live on a hill but not on the top so the water went through my place. Been working at cleaning the ditches out from all the debris which came down from the neighbors. This summer I am going to have to put in a pipe to divert all the water off my place. One of the drains is six inch and was totally overwhelmed. five inches of rain is quite a bit for this area. They are expecting a bunch more over the next week.

So if it is predictable and preventable then you better prepare.
Lots of snow removal, pantry and ammo inventory, winterizing the truck, transitioning kits to winter. Nothing too exciting I guess. I did order a new pistol light last night, hopefully I can share some insight when it arrives.
Besides saving the world from the mega super, ginormous snow storm, I scored a major find on eBay. I was able to get a Amvona hard shell case, comparable to the Pelican cases being sold for around $100. I managed to find this one for $12. I plan on turning it into a double layer gun case for my Sub 2000 on the bottom layer and the Glock pistols on the top, with plenty of room for all a magazines, extra ammo, and several other gadgets.
Organizing, donating things we don't need, cleaning the garage, and a little bit of cleanup in the garden. Burned a bunch of trash wood today. Still only have 6 of 10 cams up and running, haven't had time to get to it again. That and pulling the TVs off the walls to run HDMI seems like so much fun, I've been dragging my feet.
Common sense is so rare these days, it should be re-classified as a super power.
Brass prep, brass prep.....got a friend coming over Friday to teach him how to reload. Starting out with 45 so if I can get the big machine to work we'll get a bunch loaded, otherwise it will be slow going with the Rockchucker.
Lots of pot holes in the community road, got to get the tractor out to repair them tomorrow.

yeah, A1 for vietnam and after.
I recollect that there was a kit available when I was in, way back in the early 80's, for a (telescoping?) monopod to be mounted on the back undercarriage, to avoid 'tip back'.
$75 is a good score.
Great price. I see them from 250 and up around here.
I'm gonna have to find out about that leg kit. Thanks, Kes.
