pulled wild onions and greens out of the woods to make salad for tonight. Took pics of creeks and waterfalls to know where we need to redirect the water when it rains alot so it don,t flood our land. We have rain for the next 3 DAYS.

It is sweet, and I figured out really quickly the end of the can opener is great for opening MALICE clips. Probably the best tool I've used for that yet. I'm already wondering about my key mod for it though, lol. I've never used the nail file on a SAK, likely won't with this, and if I put the key on this instead of my full size tool I think I'd even be able to use it in my ignition because it is so small and light.

The blade used for the Phillips screwdriver is one of my favorites. It works very well for smaller stuff.

Finished putting up shelves in the basement @20 feet long, 3 shelves high with 22 inches of stack space on each shelf. Picked up some 5 gallon buckets to re-pack my dry goods in. (see "packing weight" thread in food section for reasoning why) Picked up another 550 rds of 22 ammo. (next stop...faraday boxes)
Be ready now, you won't have that chance later.

The gererator shed is almost done, just needs a door. Next is building a attached kitchen. Plans are drawn and now waiting for the lumber.

Batteries, tac-ties, some kydex for an adapter that I'm going to make for a holster (Think Serpa MOLLE Mount) some more canned goods, Arsenal AK Mag followers on the way, and a new US made flash-hider for my Yugo folder. Vest pouches, drop leg dump pouch, and pistol mag pouches coming next week.

This was actually last weekend, but I didn't have the pics up yet.

I made up a HUGE batch of chili, and dehydrated most of it for LTS. It's all broken down into serving sizes for my wife and I, and vacusealed, then packed into an airtight drum.

a few pics of the process:

Grinding the meat (in this case deer):

    Chopping onions:

Frying the meat with garlic, onions and celery:

    Blending flavours:

Once it was all ready, I popped the pots into the oven to simmer, for about 4 hours then loaded up the dehydrator trays.
