I haven't had McD in any for in over 25 years, and am not sure they even still have them, but they sucked.
And no, I can honestly say that I don't think I have ever had a cast iron skillet pie. I have a pile of crab apples right now, so if you post up a recipe, I will try to make one tonight for Mrs. Sniper for our anniversary dinner.

Well the wife, son, and I joined a martial arts gym this week. They teach Shorin-ryu karate, and haganah self defense together. The wife is loving it, she thought she would not care for it much, but she is excited to go now.
