I found some information on a new women's shooting club that is starting here locally. So I contacted the lady in charge, got the basic info, and am looking forward to the first meeting, which happens to be the day before my birthday. Coincidence? I think not!
I am super excited. I desperately need the range time, and it's probably not a bad place to find other female preppers.

You ladies out there should look in to the National Wild Turkey Federation. They sponsor the WITOs event (Women in the Outdoors).
I've been instructing the firearms portion or the CCW class for the last 4 years.
They have other classes like outdoor cooking....fishing....etc.

Not so much a prepper thing, but there is a magazine called Women & Guns http://www.womenshooters.com/index.html that is really good for females intersted in shooting. I recommend it to my lady CCW students.
