Oh thanks. the one I have I got in the Army back in early 90's. It looks more like the top one with the separate eye pieces but It does not have that big filter hanging off the side. It does have the canteen straw like the bottom one. I know the filter is useless, but it should help dealing with CS gas.

I have not used the m-50 series personally, and to be honest, I thought they was something else. So what we was using was the M-40 series and another type that the CBRN guys had brought, not sure of the designation, but it wasnt the m-50 series you have the pic of. I may just have to check that out and find out now!
ETA after some quick digging, I think it was the MCU-2P Military Mask that they had out there, sure looks like it, except it wasnt as light of a grey.
