I would say, in my partial defense.. the M&P 9 did NOT shoot right, out of the box. Instead of the agony of returning it and waiting for it to come back... I abandoned the entire project, and sold it. Using the same sight picture, grip, trigger press, etc.. It did NOT fire same POA/POI consistently, most missing a 10" plate entirely. With my M&P 40, it was dead nuts same place very time.
I suspect there was a problem at the factory, however I did not have the patience to go though the process, and suffer the possibility if it being returned with a tag that says "fixed", but it never was. Bye Bye.
EB
Just messin with you Eb. Luckily Glock was my first choice and has worked out well for me. I like the fit and it handles well for me. I have picked up a Small frame Sig and pretty much use it as my carry gun. Nice little pistol, but I still don't like it as well as my Glocks.
Well, the Glock was accurate. There HAD to be something wrong with this particular one I got, a real pisser, I really wanted it to work out.
Knowing I shoot matches, if I say I had my elements right, they were right... I had absolutely zero flinch or movement at discharge, and the round would MISS the target. Pure WTF moment. Same target, same distance I have shot NUMEROUS times with various weapons, and NEVER had a miss count like this! I could still see the sights dead on target after the round left (follow though)... and it STILL missed.
It cant be my loads, its the SAME loads I shot USPSA and IDPA with and they were damn near surgical accurate.
Screw it... 180gn XTP will chew some ass up, so Ill just rock the .40 till I hit the lotto and can spend all day playing with guns.
EB
In other news (not that there's anything "new" in EB scratching his itches) my trailer parts came in today. I should have the frame reassembled this weekend, and I'll be scrounging for some steel to extend and make some mods to the frame next week.

Essayons!
MTR, mention your trailer to me ftf in a couple weeks and we can see what's laying around here that you might need. On the house of course.
Be ready now, you won't have that chance later.
