Hey, this is a awesome reference! Going to pass this along to some folks. Thanks for the share mate!
FWIW, when the TCCC is taught, those PPT's are what they use to teach it. So you can at least get on the right track with stuff by downloading that info. Do take the class as well since some stuff you can't learn over a PPT.
