    Probably not. Europe is managed in a very strange way. and every European country are ruled by very stupid laws. Entrepreneurship is not made easy despite recent attempts to make the system lighter. I know the some countries would do a lot better if getting out of the EEC. Going to the euros have killed many people. Prices are out of reach to many and salaries are lower than they ever been because people are ready to take jobs for nothing because they will have a job.
