Hi guys, I saw the 28" Gerber Machete for $19.99 and had to buy it.
I have not tried it out yet but here are some close up photos in case anyone is curious.
The grip is rubbery and feels good but have not tested it when moist to see how slippery it may become.
Add: I loop the lanyard over the grip then slip my hand through the loop and it makes for pretty good retention.
