Rabbits and Chickens would work well if fenced in. It looks big enought to have a decent garden, but I'll put money on it that what soil they do have, if any, is very poor and lacking heavily in minerals. You'd almost certainly be better off doing hydroponics, or aquaponics. your returns would improve greatly.
