    Assembling a trama kit

    http://www.ems1.com/ems-products/med...-tactical-ems/

Great site with instructions on how to build a no frills trauma kit that is similar to the IFAKS the Army gives to it troops. Great minimalist kit to have on hand to administer aid until the first responders arrive. You won't be able to stitch someone up but at least you'll be able to prevent them from bleeding out. It only takes between two and four minutes to bleed to death from an injury to a major artery.
