Dark Angel medical is top notch. Thier IFAK is Very slim line and goes nicely with a battle belt or a bug out bag.

This is one of my medical kit lists - this one is for a circumnavigation of the world done on a small boat, completed in 2006. Fortunately not much of it was needed, but I did have to treat a few minor traumas, a broken leg (tib/fib) and appendicitis (managed via antibiotics until we were able to make port, corrected surgically then). The crew population was mostly middle-aged, with no serious medical conditions.
