I use a site like KAT (Kick Ass Torrent) that does not require any membership to get the torrent files.

    1. Install a torrent software. I use uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/)
    2. Go to KAT (http://www.kat.ph)
    3. Search for the thing that you're looking for.
    4. Get the torrent or the magnetic files by clicking on the right option. This is usually the hard part, locating the torrent button vs the download advertisement one)
    5. It opens in uTorrent.
    6. When finished to download, watch and remove when finished.

For most TV shows (Falling Skies is not listed yet), I use EZTV (EZTV - TV Torrents Online). This one is worth a membership (it does not require any formal identification, like email) and you can even track the shows that you have not watched and what is coming when.

KAT: Falling Skies (Download Falling Skies Torrents - KickassTorrents)

This site, of course, does not condone downloading illegal materials. I do.

Also, most TV networks now offer the streaming of their shows on their sites the day after it aired. So sometimes, you just need to go the the network website and watch it from there. It is a little tricky for me because the stream is not available outside the US. I have to play with proxies and it is a lot easier to download it.

Falling Skies is a TNT show (TNT - Falling Skies: Home)

The pilot is on stream here: Falling Skies - Pilot - TNT Stream

All the TNT shows on stream are here: TNT Video-on-Demand, just look for the "Full Episods" Menu on the top right.

Well, I just made it thru the 3rd episode. If it does not pick up in e04 then I' won't watching e05 and the rest. It is fucking boring.

They've managed to keep me semi interested during the 4th episode. Maybe this show has a long fuse. We'll see next week if it picks up some more.

i'm enjoying it so far. You may be right about the long fuse. Stargate Universe did the same thing and turned out to be a great show (before it got cancelled). I'll continue being optimistic. There's just not any good tv on any more that I can really get into.

I loved Stargate Universe from the first second. I was so sad when they cancelled it. But they left it open and there are talks about bringing it back. Falling Skies, i am working on it. Without persistence I would have stopped at the pilot.

i think Falling Skies has a lot of potential. I really wish they would bring back SGU. I was pretty attached to the characters, and the storyline was starting to get really good.

The potential for a good show is there, its just the acting and graphics and guns and outfits and.....oh, sorry. I will admit I keep watching it for now--lol.
Be ready now, you won't have that chance later.
