I can now personally vouch for this guy. Pete says it is, "IT IS". I just received a "new" yes new H-60/PT handset yesterday. I got it in 3 days and it's as fresh as a babies butt, good thing it doesn't smell like one. came with a de-icing shield too. If you are working on comms gear and need parts or spares, get'em while they're hot cause he has them and he's fast and fair.
