I don't know if any of you use your tomato skins or like me just toss them in the trash after sliding them off of your gorgeous red maters! Well I got this article and will now never throw away another skin again especially since when i make pizza i make my own sauce and need paste. who would have thunk? Thought I would share. The first part is just about canning tomatoes so most of you can scroll dows to the skin part (yes Izzy, there are pictures).
