Very cool. I love eating lemons and limes. Sweet tarts are good to.

We have berries that look like this all over our property but were told they were poisonous, how do I tell if they are true chokeberries or something else?
I apologize for nothing...
google is your friend LH. there are some easy id sites, you can tell by the leaves, the spacing of the leaves, the grouping of the berries, the type and colour of the bark, etc.
easiest test: feed some to a cat, if they pucker their faces, they're chokecherries, if they pucker everything, not so much.
result A: eat the pre-seasoned cat
result B: don't.
Give a man fire, and he'll be warm for a day!
Light a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life!
Cat's are food... not friends!
If you're going to fight, then fight like you're the third monkey on the ramp into Noah's arc... and brother, it's starting to rain.
Haha...you really shouldn't quit your day job. I did google it but since they aren't in bloom or fruit right now I guess I'm gonna have to wait. Thought someone might know if there was a look alike plant that was poisonous.
I apologize for nothing...
mot that I know. they grow like a cranberry or a pincherry, but as they get ripe, they are the only ones I know that change colour so dramatically. They're like a blackberry, look ripe red, but then turn black and tasty. I'll try to take some close up pics if I can.
the cat I save, may be your own...
ba-dum-dum
