    Thanks MTR. That's a sweet thing to say. I guess I'm not batshit but I do have a very silly side. Pretty bad when your teenage sons friends would tell him 'hey, your mom's really cool' so I guess I'll take it as a compliment.

    Not how I'd describe you, either, or I'd have to take a long, hard look at myself as well. We may not approach things the same way, or even (gasp!) always agree on how to discuss our thoughts, but I get the sense we think more alike than not. We can thank our life experiences for that. And, admit it. You may have a "few" more than me to draw upon.

    I will come right out and admit there are 3 relationships I know l I can look at to emulate. Two are in my own family. The third is yours. I'm happy enough to be very selective until I can do that.
