Trying to get into better shape, esp. since Lil'Bravo and I are planning a shooting course, and I dont want to look like I belong on oxygen.

I just hit 48 myself on the 13th.
And I already have aches and pains.

oh yea. And as you get older they try to up the pain level. Keep active ; it drives the little buggers nuts.

Besides each ache and pain has a story behind it. Like a road map of your life journey. Looking to collect some more before my old ass checks out.
