It's to be hoped that the company making those bunkers is N O T trying to pass them off as something not detectable by TPTB. And it's to be hoped SOMEONE trustworthy is on premises at all times, 'cause if not, the possibility of the site being compromised (looted, taken over, vandalized or just plain public knowledge) goes up.
