Good information
Regarding COA3, notice that he is taking cover behind the engine block. This is the only place where you're safe behind a car. In any other places, you can and will be hit.

I know this used to be the case with older and/or bigger cars with cast steel engine blocks...
But I have to wonder about the aluminum blocks... Are they as efficient at stopping a bullet?
What about the new hybrids and shit that essentially have a sewing machine motor in them?
And speaking of which... what about the batteries? Where are they located in these POS's? Are you going to get sprayed with acid? Will they stop a bullet?
Now, I know that no matter how small or aluminum an engine is, it is still better cover than the tin/plastic body panels, I'm just curious.

Electric cars batteries are typically below the cabin. Weight low and centered. Engines in them and hybrids are much smaller. 4's vs 8's could make a difference as well.
