Ive been working on my Master's degree.Seems to suck up my freetime. Next Jun im dont with school!
Also, prepping for a work trip which will put me in Indianna for about 12 days. Hoping to get out to Cincinnati the following weekend to catch a Reds game after that.
School,work, school,work and of course Baseball

Sniper you sound like me at times, too many irons in the fire.
Spent the first 7 days off killing and canning chicken, then tons of work around the house. Now stuck at work for 14 days.

To be honest I have dark days since coming home and usually they're short periods . I just get to the point that I have to extract myself from too much of the world.
I tend to stay on property away from people unless I can't. Work at projects ; dogs ; reading ; painting ; carving in piecemeal fashion to relax and steer the ship back on course.
Solitude is comforting especially during night hours when night sounds emerge. All is well just vacationing in my man cave with my toys .

Working like a slave at work, and still building the garden. Spread 3000lbs of pea gravel on Sunday, almost done. Now I've gotta convert 4 decorative metal lanterns to solar as accent lights. Getting the flower beds in shape too. Does anybody need weeds? I have lots and lots and selling them super cheap. Spring is nice but really busy around here.
Common sense is so rare these days, it should be re-classified as a super power.
No thanks AK. I have 10 times more weeds than I can handle right now. Hell I can't even keep up with the grass.
yeah, work is nuts, and I'm doing some reno's at home. Just finished installing a new hot tub, next up is to strip the shingles, plywood, skylights, vapour barrier, and insulation from my sunroom roof, and then replace it all (water damage), the roof also has a walk out deck, so that is going to be rebuilt to...
After that is done, then I'll rip off the soffit/facia storm windows and siding on the sunroom, and replace the vapour and insulation and then rebuild it...
Then comes a new deck...
Then comes a new garden shed...
