So Grot challenged Ot for the right to rule the cave clan and mate with the women. As the battle was near its end, with Ot on the ground, bleeding badly, Ot came in for the kill. He raised a large rock and was about to bring it down on his his opponents head, when he slipped in a pile of shit, causing him to fall and break his neck, killing him instantly.
