It is, of course, obvious that speed, or height of fall, is not in itself injurious ... but a high rate of change of velocity, such as occurs after a 10 story fall onto concrete, is another matter.

you know you might not NEED to form a corporation for whatever it is you are doing, yes? most people assume that all they have to do is for a corporation and they get automatic protections from lawsuits and the like. but thats not really so. you ahve to form the corporation, and have annual shareholder meetings with recorded minutes (even if you are the sole shareholder) and all sorts of other jazz in order to maintain that protection, and even then the courts can still snatch personal assets in some cases...
a bunch of trouble for little benefit if you ask me.
