    Thanksgiving Leftover Recipies

Anybody got any you'd care to share.

I really get tired of eating turkey after about the 2nd day.

What's a good recipie to bring new life to the leftovers?

Just get some rolls of biscuit dough from the store, roll it out. Mix up some turkey, creme of mushroom soup, celery, maybe some sliced mushrooms, a little salt and pepper. Take the mix and put it in the center of the rolled out biscuit dough. Pull the dough over the mixture and pinch the edges to totally enclose the mixture. Brush it will a little egg and water and bake at something like 350 degrees. When it is golden brown it is done. Slice and cover with gravy, you are good to go.

Another variation is make smaller individual ones.

No there are not any measurements since I have never made the same way twice.

A big ole pot of turkey soup! freeze in baggies, or dehydrate for future use
